FaithfulHearts Equine Learning Center Fundraising Campaign
Problem
FaithfulHearts needed to close out the year with a fundraising push, but their existing social presence wasn't translating awareness into donations. The organization does real, tangible work, such as Jr Volunteer Days, scholarships, trauma survivor support, but that work wasn't showing up clearly enough online to move people to give.
Constraints
A short runway: the campaign had to launch, build momentum, and convert within the November–December giving season. Content also had to work across three platforms with different audiences and formats. Instagram and Facebook skew toward emotional storytelling, LinkedIn toward credibility and institutional trust, without diluting the core message.
Decisions
I anchored the entire campaign in specific, real programs rather than generic appeals, naming Jr Volunteer Days, scholarships, and trauma survivor support directly instead of leaning on abstract mission language. Content was tailored per platform rather than cross-posted as-is, and I used Meta Business Suite and Buffer to keep a consistent publishing cadence through the highest-traffic weeks of the season.
What Was Built
A multi-platform content strategy spanning Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, with visuals designed in Canva and a full publishing schedule managed through Meta Business Suite and Buffer. Google Analytics tracked site traffic and campaign performance throughout, so messaging could be adjusted based on what was actually driving engagement.
Outcome
The campaign raised $13,570 in donations, including $3,085 in matching grants. Website traffic increased 20%, social media followers grew 25%, and Jr Volunteer Days reached full registration.
What's Next / Reflection
This project sharpened how I think about donor engagement. The programs that raised the most weren't the ones with the biggest budgets, they were the ones told with the most specific, human detail. It also pushed my skills in campaign analytics and SEO-based content creation, and gave me a clearer sense of what community management looks like for a mission-driven, non-technical organization.
